Youth workers and young people from Italy, India, Kenya, Slovenia and Austria met in Vienna for the Final Workshop and Festival of the READ project.
We are looking for 2 youth workers or young people interested in promoting literacy and reading among young people for a job shadowing in Kenya and India.

Youth illiteracy is still rife in many countries, including the developed ones (e.g., functional illiteracy). It is crucial to keep in mind that literacy is not just the ability to read and write, but it also refers to the skills needed to fully participate in society. That’s what READ is about: improving young people literacy skills by developing their pleasure to read. READ – Reducing social Exclusion through a creative
