SAMIN project, which aims at providing new tools and methods to all organizations working for the integration of migrants in the labour market, ended on the 14th and 15th of December 2015 in Grenoble with the final meeting of the project. Consortium partners came together for the last time at the Hotel Mercure Grenoble to finalise the last details and to present all the results of the project in a final conference.
All final products of the project were discussed such as the Gap Analysis, the Methodological Handbook, the Handbook Dissemination, the on-line platform, the Capacity Building Manual. The project will end on December 31st and after two years of work, the consortium hopes to continue work together to support practitioners in their commitment to support migrants in integrating into the world of work. During the final meeting, the partners had the opportunity to discuss the future and sustainability of the project, as well as they had the opportunity to visit Grenoble, capital of the French Alps. In particular, the visit to the Museum of Grenoble was highly appreciated with an interesting exhibition on the gypsy culture in the region.
